About the Author

Dr. Alan M. Rapoport, MD is Cofounder of The New England Center for Headace in Stamford, Connecticut, and Clinical Professor of Neurology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA in Los Angeles, California. Boarded in Neurology and Headache Medicine, he has coauthored more than 200 articles and chapters on headache. Dr. Fred D Sheftell, MD is Cofounder of the New England Center for Headache in Stamford, Connecticut. He has coauthored nine books and authored nurmerous articles on headache. Dr. Stewart J. Tepper, MD is a board-certified neurologist and headache specialist with a passionate interest in headache management and patient care. He is currently an Associate Clinical Professor of Neurology at Yale University, School of Medicine. He served as a Director of the New England Center for Headache from 1999 to 2007. Dr. Tepper has authored and coauthored more than 120 articles, chapters, videos and monographs. Dr. Andrew M. Blumenfeld, MD is a board-certified neurologist with an interest in headache management. He founded and currently directs the Headache center of Southern California. Dr. Blumenfeld has authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and lectures.
