Joseph E. Gunja is a Jails, Prisons and Corrections Expert with more than 30 years of experience in the corrections industry. Mr. Gunja had a distinguished career with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) for over 28 years serving as a Correctional Officer, Shift Supervisor, Investigator, Captain, Associate Warden, and Warden at three complex correctional facilities.

Paul M. Adler, DO, FACEP, MBA, Medical Director for the Ventura County, California, Department of Corrections, has worked in Correctional / Jail / Prison Medicine & COVID-19 Preparation & Response. He has overseen the care of inmates in Jails in California and New York, as well as Prison inmates who have been transferred to county facilities to serve their terms for years in county jails in California. Chief Chet Epperson (Ret.), MBA, has over 42 years of experience as a Law Enforcement / Police Professional for the Rockford Police Department in Rockford, Illinois. Chief Epperson spent 33 years as an active law enforcement officer and 10 of those years as Chief of Police.

Dr. Randy Atlas AIA , CPP is a Registered Architect, NCARB certified, and he practices Criminal Justice Architecture and Environmental Security Design. Atlas is a certified protection professional (CPP) with the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), and is an appointed member of the ASIS Security Architecture and Engineering Committee. Atlas has his doctorate in criminology and a masters of architecture. Dr Atlas is a Fellow  member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Dr. Dana R. Anderson is a court-appointed Forensic Psychologist for the California Superior Court- who provides psychological evaluations to individuals at various stages of the justice process. Dr. Anderson received a Doctorate of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Forensic Psychology, a Master's degree in Clinical Forensic Psychology, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Administration. She is licensed as a Psychologist in California and Nevada by the California Board of Psychology and is licensed under PSYPACT and can provide services in all PSYPACT states.

Criminal Evaluations - Dr. Anderson assesses and diagnoses inmates detained in Correctional and Psychiatric Facilities and State Hospitals to determine competency to stand trial and is retained by the Public Defender's office to evaluate Mental Health Diversion cases. Dr. Pia Quimson-Guevarra is Board-Certified in Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She opines about psychiatric issues in civil litigation, employment matters, and criminal cases. She has extensive experience with diagnosis and treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD and other factors of emotional distress, both as a treating physician and in medical-legal cases.
